Kev was almost named Millenio in honour of the new millennium, but his parents ultimately chose the solid (and still epic) name, Kev. Hailing from Laguna, Philippines—a vibrant region known for its hot springs and coconut pies—he made the move to New Zealand in 2010.
After studying politics at Otago University and earning a graduate diploma in strategic studies from Victoria University, Kev began his career as an Immigration Assistant at an immigration firm.
Now, as a Customer Experience Coordinator at ComplyWith, Kev is passionate about helping customers feel confident about using our products and services. Each day brings new learning opportunities, and he’s particularly excited about the innovation happening in the SaaS industry—a term he now uses with pride.
When he’s not at work, Kev enjoys relaxing with a good film or TV show or visiting museums and art galleries. If the weather’s nice, you’ll find him walking through the southern suburbs of Wellington, taking in the beautiful sights. He also loves badminton and knitting – hobbies that seem worlds apart but perfectly balance his energetic and creative sides.
When he’s not at work, Kev’s smashing birdies and taking names on the badminton court.
