Born in Dunedin and having called various cities in New Zealand home (plus a brief stint in New York!), Sophia brings a dynamic mix of energy and adaptability to her role at ComplyWith.
As our Business Support Coordinator, Sophia’s days are never dull. She juggles everything from administrative support to HR coordination and event planning.
Whether onboarding new team members, organising the Christmas party, or ensuring the coffee machine is ready to fuel creativity, Sophia thrives on variety. She loves the balance between collaboration and independence her role provides.
Outside work, Sophia is all about balance and fun. She enjoys swimming, pilates, and cooking. Long walks, music festivals, and travelling. She likes cleaning because “it’s calming!” (and nothing says calming like an exclamation mark!), as well as crafting and journalling. With her middle-child resilience and relaxed, fun-loving personality, she brings unique energy to every project.
Fun fact: Sophia is a distant relative of renowned New Zealand poet James K. Baxter. While she may not have (fully) inherited his poetic genius, her creativity shines through in everything she does.
